The junior board was created to get the input of the juniors as well as the adults. Quite often younger people feel like they are not included in what's going on in large group situations, so we created the junior board to take an active part in INHJA. We try to come up with ideas to raise money for INHJA, new ideas that will reflect the whole of INHJA, not just the adults. The Junior Board discusses different show venues, clinics, fundraising topics and basically anything that could effect INHJA and the horse industry.
