Welcome and Thank You for becoming a member of INHJA!

The Show Year starts December 1st and ends on November 30th of the following year.  Membership Dues shall be due and payable  in the month of December of every calendar year.  If you send your membership application in by February 20th, you will be included in the membership directory.

Membership in the Association shall consist of five classifications (USEF Rules on age shall apply).

Associate: $30.00—no vote, no points recorded
Individual: $45.00— one vote, points are recorded
Family: $75.00— two votes, points are recorded
Stable: $100.00— two votes, hunter points are recorded*
Corporation: $100.00— two votes, hunter points are recorded*

*In order for points to be recorded, all horses must be entered under the name of the stable or corporation at all horse shows

FAMILY includes all members of a family at the same address, including any school age children or any children living away from home attending school as long as the family home address is his/her legal address.

“Stable” and “Corporation” memberships do not include individual members. “Stable” memberships will receive two prize lists, extra entry blanks, and “For Your Information” mailings.

No points will be credited before membership dues have been received by the INHJA Treasurer.  Points for a membership paid on the day of a show will be valid.

RULES GOVERNING EXHIBITORS AND OWNERS

USEF RULES

Exhibitors and owners shall, in every case, conduct themselves in accordance with the rules of USEF and INHJA. The rules of USEF shall take precedence in the event of a conflict, unless otherwise specified by INHJA. Willful or repeated violation of the rules or penalization by another association or humane society may be cause for cancellation of points, and/or disciplinary action by the Board of Directors of INHJA, who shall be the final judge.
